Volker Germann is a senior counsel in our corporate practice in Munich.
He has extensive experience in private M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions in both national as well as cross border contexts and all related matters.
Volker advises German and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, carve-outs, transformations and group legal issues with particular experience in the digital economy, automotive, media and other industry sectors as well as on transformation and group legal issues.
In addition to the corporate law aspects of his work, Volker regularly advises on commercial law matters. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, he worked at another international law firm and as a qualified bank clerk for a German Bank.
