Vanessa Marrison

Vanessa Marrison is an Expertise Counsel in our corporate practice.

Vanessa has been with the firm for over 25 years. She focuses on listed company work, in particular corporate governance and annual general meetings.

For several years Vanessa has contributed to the firm's input into the City of London Law Society (CLLS) company law sub-committee including assisting on several responses to Government/regulator consultations in the corporate governance area and leading on the CLLS response to the Financial Reporting Council consultation on the future of corporate reporting.

As part of the expertise team supporting and developing technical excellence within Ashurst Perkins Coie’s corporate department, Vanessa's role includes working on a variety of key publications as well as providing training and internal legal support.
