Stephane Lemarchand

Stephane Lemarchand has over 25 years’ experience of helping multinational and domestic companies with strategic digital transformation projects, and a broad range of Tech dispute matters. He is highly regarded for his deep experience in and understanding of the technology industry. Stéphane’s clients include market-leading technology and digital service providers, and large end-user companies. He has recently worked with clients in the manufacturing, aviation and consumer goods sectors.

He joined Ashurst Perkins Coie in August 2026.

Examples of recent Stephane’s work include advising a French multinational company on its long-standing and strategically critical partnership with a leading AI services provider, relating to the deployment of advanced data integration and analytics platforms across multiple business units. The matter involved the negotiation, restructuring, and consolidation of a highly complex contractual framework governing mission-critical digital and AI services within a heavily regulated and security-sensitive environment.
