Sholto Dugdale is an intellectual property associate based in London who represents technology and life sciences clients in high-stakes patent litigation. His practice spans standard-essential patent disputes and fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory (FRAND) licensing matters, and he has experience across cross-border litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Sholto also advises on a broad range of other IP rights, including trademarks, copyright, and related rights, giving clients a well-rounded perspective on protecting and enforcing their IP portfolios.
Sholto advises clients throughout the life cycle of complex, multijurisdictional patent disputes, from early risk assessment and portfolio strategy through trial and resolution.
