Sarah Guo focuses on infrastructure and major projects and has worked on highway and transit projects in California and Texas.
Sarah earned her J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with specializations in business law and environmental law and LL.B. degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. At UCLA, Sarah was named a Fred and Mary Leydorf scholar for her excellence in faculty research assistance.
