Introduction

Prior to his retirement, Dick Cantlin was an experienced real estate lawyer who worked on a variety of complex real estate transactions including purchases, sales, loans and leases for a broad range of clients. Dick wrote extensively and lectured nationally for organizations such as the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
