Priscilla Chen is a senior consultant in our finance, funds & restructuring practice.
Priscilla focuses on exchange traded and OTC derivatives and other financial market products, including credit and equity linked products, repackagings, prime brokerage, securities lending and repos.
She regularly advises on credit risk management, custody, settlement, collateral and netting. She also regularly advises on PRC regulatory issues arising from OTC derivatives and structured finance transactions, international regulatory matters and on issues arising from the global OTC derivatives regulatory reforms. She advises financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of cross-border derivatives, market access products and structured finance transactions and her coverage spans Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China and Australia.
Priscilla is fluent in Mandarin and English, and is qualified to practice Hong Kong and England & Wales laws. She has passed the bar of the PRC and New South Wales (Australia).
