Paul concentrates on corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures and financings, and in relation to their general corporate affairs as well as exits from investments and profit distributions.
Paul is a Rechtsanwalt registered in Germany (Frankfurt am Main) and registered as European lawyer in Luxembourg.
He graduated from the Humboldt-University in Berlin in 2002 and successfully passed the second State exam in Baden-Württemberg (Higher Regional Court Stuttgart) in 2004.
He joined Ashurst Perkins Coie in October 2011 in London and prior to that worked for a large independent law firm in Luxembourg.
Paul is German native speaker and fluent in English and French.
