Introduction

Olga handles M&A transactions, representing clients in buy- and sell-side matters.

Olga Baudelaire drafts primary transaction documents, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents. She has experience preparing management incentive plan documents, including organizational documents, award agreements, and capitalization tables. She also leads client communications related to transactions and portfolio management. 

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Olga managed deal processes such as work allocation, junior associate staffing, and coordination with internal specialist teams. Her previous deal experience includes advising on significant M&As and divestiture transactions, including a multibillion-dollar sale of an electric transmission infrastructure company.

Olga earned her Juris Doctorate from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served on the executive committee for Northwestern University Law Review.
