Nicholas Maggipinto

Nicholas Maggipinto focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. He represents issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions and advises global investment banks on debt and equity offerings, with an emphasis on structured products, including notes, certificates, and warrants.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Nicholas was an associate at an international law firm, where he litigated commercial disputes and represented individual and corporate clients in white-collar criminal matters, government investigations, and enforcement actions in the United States.

While attending Brooklyn Law School, Nicholas worked at an international law firm as a subject matter expert and strategic adviser on electronic discovery matters.

Nicholas is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian.
