Introduction
Mushri Alsahli is a partner in our Projects and Energy Transition practice.
Mushri has more than 10 years of legal experience advising government agencies on matters related to Saudi law, project development, and privatization. He was part of the founding team of the National Center for Privatization, where he helped set the legislative environment for the privatization system and worked on major privatization transactions that set important precedents in the Kingdom.
- Leading the process of privatizing mill companies (first, second, third, and fourth), representing the most complex asset sale process in the Kingdom.*
- Led the privatization of Al-Ansar Hospital in Medina in partnership between the public and private sectors.*
- Supported developing the legislative and regulatory environment for the privatization system.*
- Provided legal support in preparing studies, tender documents, and contracts for public bus transportation projects in several cities in the Kingdom.*
