Melanie advises employers from across industries on their obligations under state and federal workplace relations legislation, anti-discrimination legislation, health and safety laws, as well as employment matters including unfair dismissal, adverse action and bullying claims, employee disciplinary matters, restructuring and redundancies, transfer of business issues and drafting employment agreements and policies.
