Introduction
Marc is a Luxembourg funds counsel guiding UCITS, AIFs, and management companies from creation through every stage of their lifecycle.
Marc Hirtz concentrates on investment fund related matters and advises clients on regulatory, corporate and organizational aspects of the creation, structuring and lifecycle management of UCITS, AIFs (including RAIFs) as well as management companies and AIFMs.
Prior to joining our Luxembourg team in July 2019, he worked for several years in the legal department of Allianz Global Investors in Frankfurt am Main as well as in the investment funds department of a well-known independent Luxembourg law firm.
