Leonie joined the firms expertise team in 2014 and supports the Australia and Asia Pacific projects and energy transition practice group and planning, access and environment practice group in achieving technical excellence through thought leadership, publications, client training, internal training and current awareness.

Leonie has acted for energy and resources companies and infrastructure providers in hundreds of native title claims around Australia. She has advised energy and resources companies, infrastructure providers, governments and developers on compliance with native title and Indigenous heritage legislation, including negotiating agreements with Indigenous groups.
