Kay Huang advises lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a range of lending transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, fund finance arrangements, and general corporate lending.
Before joining the firm, Kay counseled clients on sponsor finance matters and represented emerging and venture-backed companies. She also spent three years as in-house counsel at a technology company, where she focused on M&A, corporate governance, and capital markets. Kay brings a commercially focused, collaborative perspective to each client matter.
