Julian Humphrey-Davis supports clients through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, depositions, and trial preparation.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, he worked at a large international law firm in Washington, D.C. There, he represented insurers in sophisticated coverage matters and prepared motions in limine, oppositions, mediation briefs, written discovery, and deposition outlines. Julian has also advised excess insurers regarding potential exposure and settlement considerations, including bad faith risk.
