Judy Hong advises public- and private-sector clients on the procurement, delivery, and financing of large-scale transportation and social infrastructure projects utilizing public-private partnerships (P3) and other alternative project-delivery models.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Judy was a municipal bond lawyer, representing school and community college districts, underwriters, commercial banks, and nonprofit organizations in issuing tax-exempt and taxable financings.
