Introduction
Jonathan is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice
Jonathan Bisset advises clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, as well as corporate advisory, and company law and governance matters.
He has experience with cross-border transactions, including previous experience as an associate at a leading New York law firm. Jonathan is also admitted to practice in New York.
Jonathan also draws upon prior experience as a Principal Adviser within the Listings Compliance division of ASX Limited to advise ASX-listed clients on transactions and matters related to compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.

- John Laing on its acquisition of a stakes in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and its Exhibition Centre Expansion PPPs in Australia and the Ara Tūhono - Pūhoi to Warkworth (NX2) tollroad PPP from Morrison Public Infrastructure Partners.
- Rio Tinto on its strategic investments in two significant lithium projects in Chile’s Atacama region for a combined Investment of up to $1.3bn.
