Jacob advises clients on corporate transactions and real estate investments, including M&A, financing, and governance matters.
Jacob Aubrecht represents public and private companies, real estate investment trusts, developers, lenders, and institutional investors in corporate and commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes M&A, divestitures, strategic transactions, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and development projects.
Jacob maintains an active pro bono practice and serves of the Ambassador’s Board of Legal Aid Chicago.
Jacob holds a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law and Business, and a B.S., cum laude, from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
Jacob is also fluent in Czech.
