Henry Stewart

Henry is an energy and infrastructure lawyer combining finance, commercial and corporate experience on landmark energy transition transactions.

He has extensive finance, commercial and corporate experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and has advised on a large number of landmark transactions in the energy transition sector. He is recognised as a leading lawyer by Chambers UK and Global, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. In 2026, Chambers reported clients as saying “Henry is always reachable to support the business. He has sophisticated knowledge of the market and deal structuring, and offers business-focused solutions.”

Henry was formerly a partner at Watson Farley & Williams, where he was head of the global energy sector and head of the London projects group. He has practised in London and Singapore.
