Henry represents clients in complex construction, infrastructure, and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Henry Avery guides clients through all stages of disputes, from early case assessment and litigation strategy to discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Henry advised clients on litigation and negotiation strategies and drafted and revised construction and design professional contracts. He also has experience in antitrust, employment, and class-action litigation.
