Introduction
Fé represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance recovery matters, with a focus on commercial auto and transportation risk.
Fé Warren advises clients on insurance recovery and coverage matters involving additional insured rights, defense and indemnity obligations, coverage priority, and contractual risk transfer. She analyzes policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance; develops notice, tender, and carrier-engagement strategies; and coordinates with carriers, third-party administrators, defense counsel, and business stakeholders to pursue coverage and resolve underlying claims.
Before joining the firm, Fé served as in-house counsel in the property and casualty insurance industry. That experience gives her insight on how insurers assess coverage, litigation exposure, reserves, and settlement. She uses that perspective to anticipate carrier decision-making, identify practical negotiating opportunities, and develop efficient paths to recovery.
Fé also draws on her graduate training in information science to develop scalable workflows, decision frameworks, and knowledge-management tools. These tools help legal teams manage coverage portfolios, strengthen carrier engagement, and incorporate data and generative AI into legal services with disciplined lawyer oversight.
