Introduction
Dayana represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in complex commercial and securities disputes, as well as regulatory matters, in federal and state courts and arbitral forums.
Dayana Ledezma takes a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach at every stage of a dispute, from early case assessment and fact development through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial or arbitration hearings.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Dayana represented an investment adviser in two arbitrations involving contract and tort claims. She managed discovery and case development, drafted substantive briefs, and participated in hearings in both matters. Dayana also represented a Fortune 500 company in breach of contract actions in federal courts and arbitral forums.
She is committed to pro bono service and has assisted numerous clients in immigration proceedings.
