With over 15 years of experience, she advises both public and private sector clients—including NEC Corporation, 7-Eleven, Toll, AGL, Endeavour Group Limited, and various State and Federal government entities—on strategic IT and digital infrastructure procurements and outsourcing arrangements. Caroline has a strong track record of leading high-value, large-scale and complex business critical technology projects, including IT system replacements, business process transformation, and digital infrastructure implementation with particular focus on transport systems), ERP/CRM implementations and enterprise-wide system modernisations, SaaS sourcing, and smart metering technologies.

She is also highly regarded for her work advising clients on key separation, integration and transitional arrangements in the context of acquisitions and disposals.

  • Transport Accident Commission (Vic) |Claims Management System Replacement Project | 2025-2026 | Advised the TAC on the replacement of its core claims processing platform including negotiating contracts with the platform vendor and implementation partner.
  • NEC Corporation | SEA 3000 Project | 2026 | Advised NEC in relation to the supply of critical naval sonar and radio equipment in connection with SEA3000 defence procurement project.
