Cara is a cross-border banking and finance lawyer with experience spanning fund finance, sustainability-linked lending, and project finance across the Asia-Pacific region.
Cara Stevens has experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions including fund finance, green and sustainability-linked loans, project finance, corporate finance, construction finance and share-backed loans, in sectors such as real estate, fintech, mining and infrastructure. Cara works with Ashurst Perkins Coie’s global loans teams in both Australia and Singapore and has previously worked in Vietnam. Cara has also spent time on secondment at ANZ in Singapore.
Cara is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Australia.
