Brooke Heiner

Brooke Heiner earned her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where she participated on the Moot Court team and belonged to the Corporate Law Society and Tax Law Society. She also served as a summer associate in the firm’s Palo Alto office. 

Brooke’s experience includes preparing company formation and post-formation documents, including stockholder consents, board approvals, and restricted stock agreements.
