Bridget Jang is a counsel in our global loans and global markets practice.

Bridget focuses on structured finance transactions, including derivatives and securitizations. Her practice focuses on the documentation of derivatives and structured products transactions, primarily with equity, equity index, foreign exchange, commodity, interest rate and sovereign debt underlyings, structured as OTC trades or stand-alone prospectuses under debt or securities programs.

Bridget joined Ashurst Perkins Coie’s International finance department in April 2013. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Bridget was a legal counsel at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Prior to that she spent several years as a structured finance lawyer at a leading firm in New York.

Bridget is admitted to the State of New York.
