Aurélien is a structured finance and securitization lawyer advising banks, fintechs and asset managers on RMBS, CMBS, ABS and ABCP transactions.
Aurélien Fournier focuses on structured finance and securitization practice and advises credit institutions, fintech companies and asset managers on a wide range of structured finance deals. He is notably experienced in Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Asset-Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP) and whole business securitizations.
Prior to joining the firm in January 2022, Aurelien was a senior associate for more than 8 years at the Paris office of Linklaters.
He is an avocat at the Paris Bar.
