Tom is a Partner in our London Corporate Transactions team.
Tom Jaggers joined Ashurst Perkins Coie after 17 years at Oaktree Capital Management, where he was a Managing Director in the European Principal (Private Equity) Group, responsible for the structuring and execution of investments across Europe. During his time at Oaktree, Tom was involved in a broad range of opportunistic and special situations investment activity across the European mid-market with a particular focus on the shipping, real estate and infrastructure sectors. Tom was also a member of the group's Investment Committee, served on multiple boards of directors and led the commercial negotiations relating to the sale of a number of portfolio companies.
