Sutheeksan (Dixon) Sunthoram

Sutheeksan Sunthoram advises public- and private-sector clients on all aspects of major project development and finance. He represents owners, developers, sponsors, lenders, and contractors in the structuring, financing, procurement, and delivery of complex transportation, public and digital infrastructure, and mining and natural resources projects across North America.

Sutheeksan takes a commercially grounded approach to project delivery, guiding clients through each stage of the project cycle, including structuring, risk allocation, procurement, construction, and financial close. He has extensive experience advising on project finance transactions and a broad range of procurement and contracting models, including design-build; public-private partnerships (P3); engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC); and other alternative delivery methods.

Sutheeksan's recent work includes large-scale data center developments, mining and resources projects, and critical transportation infrastructure across North America.
