Saied Quadri

Saied Quadri represents public and private clients in a broad range of infrastructure transactions. He has experience handling construction and term debt financings, back-leverage financings, preferred equity structures, partnership flips, and investment tax credit and production tax credit transfer deals.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Saied represented lenders and investors in private infrastructure projects at a global law firm.

Saied is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and is admitted to the California State Bar.
