Russ Neldam

Russ Neldam advises on the development, delivery, and financing of complex infrastructure, energy, and transportation projects, including through public-private partnerships, progressive design-build, and other alternative delivery models. He works with sponsors, lenders, and public authorities on major transactions in the United States.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Russ was an associate at an international law firm, where he represented clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, project financings, and mezzanine financings. He also served as in-house counsel at a transportation technology startup, where he led regulatory and government affairs efforts and supported strategic initiatives in a highly regulated, safety critical industry.
