Introduction
Rowan Kendall is a counsel in our competition practice
Rowan practises in competition and consumer protection law, and also third party infrastructure regulation. He has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of competition law and regulation, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, major investigations, and business structuring.
Rowan has particular experience with multi-jurisdictional transactions and investigations: besides Australia, he has also previously practised in both the United Kingdom and Myanmar. Through this experience Rowan has developed proven skills managing teams with competing regulatory requirements and working in diverse legal environments, and is able to advise on complex international competition and consumer matters.
Rowan has assisted clients with global work in a broad range of industries and sectors, including mining and natural resources, transport, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications.
