Introduction

Roddy focuses on representing clients in complex employment litigation and advising on day-to-day labor law matters.

Roddy Dryjanski defends employers in single-plaintiff, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and wage-and-hour class actions in state and federal courts. Roddy also develops litigation strategy; manages cases through resolution; and advises employers on risk, compliance, and workforce-related issues.

Roddy has experience drafting motions for summary judgment and adjudication, removal, compel arbitration and key discovery-related motions. He has also counseled clients on employment-related risks in M&A and conducted employment law compliance audits and provided counseling to mitigate litigation exposure and strengthen workplace policies and practices. Roddy has worked on traditional labor matters, including civil litigation and arbitration of union grievances involving discipline, discharge, promotions, layoffs, subcontracting, and management rights.
