Patricia is a commercial contracts and AI regulation authority, driving technical excellence across teams in technology transactions.

Patricia Wade is an expertise counsel in our disputes and transactions practice.

Patricia focuses on commercial and contractual issues, in particular contract interpretation and drafting, liability issues, and execution of documents, applicable to a wide range of sectors. Particular interests include the legal and regulatory aspects of AI, especially in the financial and digital infrastructure sectors. She is responsible for the technical excellence of the lawyers in her team and throughout the firm and regularly provides training for colleagues and clients.

Patricia worked as a consultant for the firm between 2018 and 2020 and had an in-house counsel role elsewhere between 2020 and 2023.
