Nathan Chen

Nathan Chen advises clients on infrastructure project development, M&A and corporate transactions, both domestically and cross-border. He has worked on desalination plants, real estate developments, and the acquisition and disposition of assets and equity for owners, operators, and investors within the resources industry. His particular focus is on the water sector, with an added interest in oil, gas, and mining. 

Nathan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his law degree cum laude, and the University of Southern California where he earned his B.S. and M.A as a member of the Dean’s List. He has previously held various positions within Young Professionals in infrastructure, a national industry organization for which he now serves as a board member.
