Introduction
Maxwell is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation practice.
While earning his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Maxwell Melnik served as a clinical student for the Samuelson Law, Technology, and Public Policy Clinic. There, he worked on behalf of ACLU NorCal on a project involving privacy rights and technology policy.
He was a summer associate at Ashurst Perkins Coie in 2025.
