Martina Rothe is a senior counsel in our corporate practice.

Martina focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, company and commercial law, corporate governance and corporate finance. She also regularly advises in public takeovers scenarios and the law of listed companies. She also has significant experiences advising members of the management and supervisory board, also in conflict situations, of German stock corporations and advises listed and unlisted companies in relation to directors duties, corporate governance and securities laws.
