Maria Linnen focuses her practice on procurement, contracting, financing, and payment structures for large transportation and infrastructure projects. She has experience with public-private partnership (P3) contracts, including design-build-operate-maintain, operate-maintain, toll concession, availability-payment, pre-development, and construction manager at-risk models.

Maria has advised sponsors, procuring authorities, and lenders on a number of leading transactions in the United States. She offers strategic and practical advice on a broad range of design, construction, public and private financing, and contract administration matters.

She also advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated and bilateral loans.
