Introduction

Lillian is a construction and infrastructure counsel advising public and private sector clients on complex projects, PPP transactions, procurement and contract negotiation.

Lillian Yeung focuses on construction and infrastructure projects, with particular experience in PPP transactions. Lillian's construction and infrastructure experience also includes providing legal and strategic advice to clients on transactions and the preparation, review and negotiation of contract documentation.

Lillian's clients include entities from public and private sectors and also contractors and sponsors of Projects. Lillian has advised on significant infrastructure projects including Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (in AUS), Puhoi to Warkworth motorway (in NZ), Herston Quarter (in AUS) and Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (in AUS).

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Lillian practiced at a national Canadian law firm for six years.

Lillian has extensive experience in drafting, contract negotiation and procurement. Specific experience includes assisting with issuance of expression of interests / requests for proposal, preparing procurement documentation, assessment of proposals, and contract negotiation and finalisation.
