Jake Henke

Jake A. Henke litigates complex commercial disputes on behalf of corporate and insurance clients in state and federal court, including construction defect, products liability, wrongful death, and general commercial matters. He also advises national and international corporate clients on risk exposure and coverage analysis spanning first-party property and third-party liability claims.

Jake manages cases from intake through resolution, including case strategy, discovery planning, and client counseling. He also drafts and argues dispositive and discovery motions, including summary judgement briefings; takes and defends depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and subject-matter experts; and represents clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.

While earning his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, Jake served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Stephen Dwyer of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I.
