Jagriti Singh

Jagriti Singh advises public and private owners, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on contracts, procurement, and project development for capital projects across a range of industries, including renewable and conventional energy, social infrastructure, food processing, data centers, and mining.

She has experience in project planning, document preparation, project risk assessment, and analysis of different project delivery models, including progressive design-build for construction, engineering, and architectural work.

Jagriti also represents buyers and sellers in secondary market transactions for infrastructure assets and other corporate M&A transactions.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Jagriti advised a Canadian system operator on energy and capacity procurements for gas, renewable, and battery storage projects.

Jagriti is admitted to the bars of California, Ontario (Canada), India, and Nepal.
