Gavin Heap

Gavin Heap earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Gavin served as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he drafted financing documents, equity grants, employment agreements, and board and stockholder consents. He also gained cross-border M&A experience as a legal extern in Tokyo.
