Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Evan was an associate with an international law firm, where he advised financial institutions on the tax implications of complex financing transactions and equity and nonequity derivatives. He also has experience in international tax law and compliance from his work at an accounting firm.
Evan received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
