Introduction
Emma is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.
Emma DeMonte earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as president of the Midwestern Law Society and senior editor of the Journal of Law and Liberty. Emma was previously a summer associate in the firm’s Madison office, where she conducted research for patent litigation, trademark, and pro bono matters. She also served as a summer intern with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Special Litigation and Appeals Unit.
