Introduction
Dominik is an associate in the firm's Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources division.
Dominik Štrbik advises clients on the procurement and delivery of public and private infrastructure projects, including public-private partnership (P3) projects.

- Department of Transport and Main Roads (Queensland) | Drafted and negotiated the Design and Preconstruction (Early Works) contract for the European Train Control System (ETCS) and associated 5G digital radio system (DRS) for The Wave, Stage 1 (Beerwah to Caloundra), and the Elimbah-to-Beerwah section in Queensland, Australia.
- Sydney Metro (West) | Advised Sydney Metro on the procurement of Sydney Metro West, part of Australia's largest public transport project. The work included drafting provisions of the trains, systems, operations, and maintenance contract and the track and linewide contract. It also included advising on strategies for a trains and stations extension regime and drafting related side agreements.
- Vena Energy | Advised Vena Energy in Singapore on the Talim and Sembrano wind farms in the Philippines. The work included advising offshore and onshore balance-of-plant contracts, reviewing turbine supply agreements for consistency with those contracts, assessing responsibility allocation matrices, and reviewing technical documents against underlying contracts.
- Sydney Metro (Southwest) | Assisted with the procurement of a design and construct contract, using an early contractor involvement model, for errant and hostile vehicle protection as part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest project, including drafting independent certifier deed documentation, parent company guarantees, and assorted ancillary documents.
- Sydney Metro (Southwest) | Drafted and negotiated an incentivised target-cost design and construct contract and drafting and negotiating three major amendment deeds for station and rail corridor works to convert key portions of an existing suburban rail line to driverless metro standards for the Sydney Metro City & Southwest project.
- Transport for New South Wales | Advised on the incentivized target-cost contract for tunnelling and mechanical fit-out work between Birchgrove and the Warringah Freeway for the A$6 billion Warringah Freeway Upgrade and Western Harbour Tunnel project.
