Clare is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation practice.
Clare K. Remy graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and was awarded the 2025 Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law Studies. While earning her J.D., Clare externed for the American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona, where she researched and drafted an amicus brief for the Arizona Supreme Court on statutory interpretation and the application of justification defenses grounded in property law, criminal law, and the Fourth Amendment.
Clare was a firm summer associate in 2023 and 2024.
