Chinelo Udokoro

Chinelo Udokoro advises public- and private-sector clients on the procurement, delivery, and financing of large-scale transportation and social infrastructure projects using public-private partnerships (P3) and other alternative project delivery models.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Chinelo worked at a U.S. law firm, where she represented public agencies and advised clients on the development, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
