Introduction
Brandon is an associate in the firm’s Global Loans and Global Markets practice.
Brandon Chesner advises banks and other financial institutions on a broad range on complex U.S. and cross-border financing transactions. His practice focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, letter-of-credit facilities, asset-based lending, fund finance, project finance, and commodity finance.
He has experience representing issuers in connection with registered and unregistered structured notes linked to a variety of underlying assets, including Rule 144A and Regulation S programs. Brandon counsels financial institutions on secondary market transactions involving bank loans and unregistered securities trading, as well as general U.S. corporate and regulatory matters.
Brandon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif from Fordham University School of Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University. Brandon served as senior articles editor of Volume XXIX for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
