Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Global Loans practice.
Andrew Kahl advises lenders, borrowers, and agents on domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, letter-of-credit transactions, subscription finance and capital call facilities, asset-based loans, and trade-related financings, as well as general U.S. corporate matters.
He also advises clients on U.S. securities laws and represents issuers and underwriters in offerings of structured products linked to a range of underlying assets, including offerings made through U.S. and European medium-term note programs, Rule 144A programs, structured certificate of deposit programs, and bank note programs.
